From September 2018 to April 2019, the local media company Image Locale Multimédia launched a digital transformation project to enhance both internal operations and external advertising services for Ere TV. As a project manager and SAP consultant, I led the dual-track implementation of SAP ERP and a custom-built ad space booking platform integrated with payment and analytics systems.

Scope & Solution
The project addressed a critical need: the absence of centralized data, manual ad booking processes, and limited tools to monetize TV ad space in a transparent and accessible way. Ere TV required a smart solution to enable advertisers to easily access, book, and pay for ad slots, while giving internal teams real-time visibility into ad inventory and performance.
To meet these goals, we designed a dual system:
- A robust SAP ERP backbone to automate internal financial and logistical operations.
- A custom web platform allowing external advertisers to manage their campaigns independently, powered by real-time data flows and API integrations.
🚀 Smart Ad Booking, SAP Automation & Real-Time Audience Insights
To meet Ere TV’s need for a more data-driven and monetizable ad space management, we designed a dual architecture combining the power of SAP ERP with a custom digital platform. This unified system streamlined internal workflows and empowered advertisers to independently manage their ad campaigns — from booking to payment — with full transparency and control.
On top of the ERP foundation, we integrated external APIs from audience data providers, delivering real-time TV viewership metrics to inform campaign decisions and pricing strategies. Combined with automated billing, a modern user interface, and seamless payment integration, the solution brought scalability, operational clarity, and a much smoother advertiser experience.
Ad Slot Booking Platform
A user-friendly web interface for advertisers to browse available time slots, upload creative assets, and confirm bookings instantly.
Automated Invoicing & Payments
End-to-end billing workflow using SAP BRIM and Stripe API for real-time invoicing, recurring charges, and payment tracking.
Real-Time Audience Data via External APIs
Integration with live audience measurement APIs to provide up-to-date reach, engagement, and viewership stats for each campaign.
SAP Finance & Logistics Automation
Internal workflow optimization using SAP S/4HANA, streamlining cost management, logistics coordination, and reporting.
Custom Campaign Management Dashboard
Advertisers can track their campaigns, view historical data, and download performance reports from a centralized dashboard.
Cloud-Based Infrastructure
Full deployment on AWS with real-time monitoring via CloudWatch, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.


Impact & Results
The solution brought immediate operational value to both Ere TV’s internal teams and its advertising partners. By connecting SAP automation with a self-service booking interface, we significantly reduced the time and effort required to manage ad campaigns. Advertisers gained real-time access to available slots and performance data, while the finance team benefited from automated invoicing and error-free reporting. The integration of live audience data APIs also unlocked new pricing strategies based on actual viewership, driving better ROI for clients and increased revenue predictability for Ere TV.
