My Professional Journey

From Creative Vision to Digital Leadership

With hands-on experience leading both strategic product initiatives and complex project deliveries, I bring the agility of a Product Owner and the structure of a Project Manager. I’ve managed full lifecycles, from ideation to release, across industries.

2013

The Creative Foundation

My journey began with a passion for visual design and storytelling. I worked as a motion designer and TV director, creating audiovisual content, building narratives, and mastering tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. This creative background shaped my deep sense of user perception, composition, and emotional design — a strong foundation for what would later become a UX-centric career.

2014

First Venture into Entrepreneurship

In 2014, I launched my first business, managing end-to-end projects from ideation to client delivery. This entrepreneurial leap taught me how to balance vision, execution, and customer relationships — skills that would become essential in product management.

2016

New Chapter in France

After moving to France, I deepened my skills in UX/UI design, working on interface design and prototyping with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure RP. During this period, I joined an NGO called Don Bosco as part of a work-study program, where I led several social-impact projects as a project manager. One key initiative was the development of the Don Bosco Platform — an online educational game designed to engage young audiences through interactive learning. This experience strengthened both my digital skills and my ability to deliver meaningful solutions in mission-driven environments.

2018

Transition into SAP & Data Consulting

Joining Image Locale Multimédia, I entered the world of enterprise systems. I contributed to SAP HANA implementations in finance and logistics (FI/CO, MM/SD), and built real-time dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud. It was my first real step into data analysis, automation, and business process optimization.

2019

The Strategic Shift

This year marked a major turning point. I completed a Master’s degree in Digital Strategy at Digital Campus Paris, transitioning fully into digital product management. I started combining my creative background with business strategy, tech collaboration, and data insights — a fusion that shaped my identity as a Product Owner.

2019/2021

Product Ownership at Softavera

At Softavera, I embraced the Product Owner role, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories with tools like Jira and Productboard. I worked with several B2B and retail clients, navigating stakeholder expectations, aligning business needs with development, and validating features through data analysis and user feedback. It was here that I mastered the art of client-oriented delivery.

2021/2024

Product Owner | AURES GROUPE (France & International)

Joining AURES Technologies, a multinational group, expanded my scope as a Product Owner. I led the development of ETK 360 Solutions, a modular platform designed to centralize reporting, data monitoring, and operational performance. The solution was deployed across international teams in the UK, USA, and Australia, supporting diverse client profiles in retail and service environments.

A key focus was on system interoperability: I worked closely with developers and architects to implement interconnections with multiple third-party systems (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM) through our custom technical middleware layer. This allowed us to ensure data consistency, real-time sync, and API-based automation at scale.

2025

Strategic Career Enhancement

At the beginning of 2025, I made a conscious decision to pause and reflect — not to slow down, but to level up. With the digital industry constantly evolving, I dedicated this time to upgrading my skill set, aligning with new standards, and reinforcing my strategic positioning in the product & tech ecosystem.

I focused on certification paths that reflect both my operational and managerial strengths. I completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate, passed the PMP® certification from PMI, and started preparing for SAP Consultant Certification, aiming to strengthen my ability to work across ERP-driven environments.

This phase has been a pivot point to deepen my expertise in data, governance, and enterprise systems — while preparing for new opportunities that demand high-level thinking, agility, and cross-functional leadership.
