Scope & Solution
As Product Owner, I led the full lifecycle of ETK 360 Reporting, from ideation to international deployment. The challenge was to design a system flexible enough to serve different client typologies (franchises, boutiques, multi-site retailers) while ensuring data consistency, performance, and simplicity of use.
In collaboration with key stakeholders (Sales, Support, Engineering, and Executive Management), we defined a modular architecture with role-based access that adapted to each business profile:
- Franchise Managers: high-level performance and network monitoring
- Store Managers: operational and sales dashboards
- Technicians: hardware, POS, and checkout diagnostics
- Headquarters: advanced configuration, user management, and global reporting
Data Cleaning, Behavioral Analytics & Key Features
A central challenge was the inconsistency and fragmentation of data across systems. We developed a powerful data normalization and fusion engine within the ETK middleware, enabling the platform to clean, unify, and enrich information from POS, SAP, and IoT sources. This allowed us to perform advanced behavioral analysis by connecting customer actions to specific products, time periods, and regions.
