Scope & Solution
As Product Owner, I led the full lifecycle of Godia 360, from concept to operational rollout. The challenge was to build a solution powerful enough to automate loyalty and marketing processes, while remaining accessible to non-technical business users across retail and food service environments.
In collaboration with key stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Retail Partners), we designed a modular and event-driven system capable of triggering real-time actions based on business performance.
The core solution includes:
- A custom rule engine for promotional triggers based on KPIs (e.g., hourly revenue, stock levels)
- A gamification layer to enhance customer retention and engagement
- A multichannel automation flow, generating content and dispatching offers through SMS, email, and social media—using AI-driven personalization
We structured the product with a flexible architecture, integrating role-based access for franchisees, store managers, and marketing teams. Each user type benefits from a tailored experience, aligned with their operational reality.
